We are currently looking for a full-time Billing Clerk to join our accounting team, starting immediately.

Position Summary

Working in a small team, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all billable transactions are processed and recorded accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is someone who is a good communicator and has excellent time management and attention to detail skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer invoices from sales orders and work orders
  • Batch billing out of scope T&M
  • Billing of travel recovery and intercompany charges
  • Monthly software subscription billing
  • Performing other accounting tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year accounting experience
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
  • Works well as part of a team and willing to be a supportive team player
  • Excellent data entry skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of the various controls and procedures within the accounting department
  • Experience using an accounting software
